Introduction:

This one-year full-time PLC course prepares students for the world of business and is suitable for those seeking a broadly based commercial qualification and a career in finance, accounting, management, computer applications or industry.

There is a well-balanced mix of theory and practical work involved with this course.

  • Progression to Higher Level:

    Students can progress to Year 1 of Business Studies in any Institute of Technology through “The Higher Education Links System”. IT Tralee reserve a number of places for graduates of this course who successfully complete the three Level 6 modules giving the student an opportunity to transfer directly into Year 2 of Business Studies.

    Entry Requirements:

    Applicants should have the Leaving Certificate or equivalent. Mature applicants are also welcome. Suitable candidates who show aptitude for the course will be selected by interview.

    Work Experience:
